I’m Liz, a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and intuitive healer dedicated to helping others find relief and rejuvenation.

My passion lies listening to you- body and spirit-and creating a harmonious blend of magic and bodywork to help you feel more aligned and at peace. It’s one of my greatest joys to use this job to provide body and energy work for folks of all sizes, my lgbtqia+ fam, and bipoc friends!

Dagur and Nott Wellness is my third venture; prior to this I launched an event venue, and I now co-host the vibrant Merry Makers Market in Loudoun County, celebrating talented makers and vintage curators. In my free time I love exploring the amazing women-owned shops in downtown Leesburg, adventuring with my kiddo, practicing acro-yoga, and enjoying cozy naps with my two cats.
