How can I schedule an appointment?

What should I wear? 

Truthfully, whatever you want! If you’re doing energy work only, you remain fully dressed for your session, so I would recommend wearing something comfortable.

Do I have to be naked? 

No! You do not need to be naked for your massage or energy work session. If you’re getting a massage you can STILL stay fully dressed. Your comfort is paramount. If you’d like to stay dressed I can do compression and trigger point therapy. Most folks do choose to dress down to their undergarments, but it is completely up to you and what you are comfortable with. Most of your body will be under a sheet and blanket during the session, and I only uncover areas that I am actively working on.

What oils or lotions do you use?

I use Jojoba oil by Hoba Care. It is nontoxic, non-allergenic, and non-comedogenic.

What kind of energy work do you do?

Reiki and light language. 

What is light language?

At its roots, light language is just moving energy: channeling energy through sound. Chanting, singing. And these are for you and for your being. I don’t have a list of songs I pull up. What comes from my mouth is meant for you. It is always light and love. Folks that have received it multiple times have reported feeling like they’ve leveled up or have found a new part of themselves. Sometimes they can receive a message from a loving ancestor, sometimes they feel peace, sometimes they see a being that I may be channeling? It’s unique to each person!

That sounds weird, do I HAVE to have energy work done during my session?

Nope! I meet you where you’re at. Do you just really want the knots in your shoulders worked on? I’ll do just that. 

How much weight can your table hold?

My massage table from Earthlight feels like a cloud and can hold over 700 lbs, I also have extenders allowing it to be 40 inches wide.

Do you do prenatal and postnatal massage?

Yes, I do both, and I have table add ons that allow folks to lay face down during their massages. We can also massage side-lying if that’s your preferred method. 

What if I am late to my appointment?

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I will do my best to provide you with the services you have booked! But, I cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive late.  Full payment for your scheduled services will be expected.

Can I book your services for a spa day with my friends or for my business?

Yes, I do mobile sessions and will travel to your home or retreat area. Pricing is $195/hr.
